Shannon Dix - GM Digital Hub Lead, Accenture Digital

Shannon is the GM lead of the Digital Hub for Accenture Digital, ASEAN.
The Digital Hub was created and designed as the perfect space for clients, partners and stakeholders to accelerate their digital innovation agenda with access to the best of Accenture’s digital talent, across Applied Intelligence, Design Thinking, Experience Design, IOT, AI, Mobility, Experience Testing, Content Creation and Swivel (API led Rapid Prototyping).

Shannon has almost 20 years of in depth marketing, digital & technology experience, integrating and building teams across China (11 years), Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia and now, Singapore. His experience focuses on brand building and digital transformation across key areas such as, capability build out, agile collaboration, experience creation, client stewardship and delivery across a wide range of industries. Shannon holds a Masters in Advanced marketing from UNSW.

Michael Langner - APAC Solutions Architect, Twilio

Michael Langner has over 17 years of experience, spanning a wide array of key technical and leadership roles in risk, identity management, security, web technologies and project management. He has worked in a variety of industries and company sizes, ranging from startups such as Metrix (e-banking), Encentuate and Passlogix (ESSO), BeyondTrust (Privilege Management) to large companies such as Macromedia, Deloitte and Oracle. Currently he's enjoying his role as APAC Solutions Architect for Twilio, the global leader in cloud-based communication and customer engagement APIs.

Malcolm Koh - APAC Customer Experience Strategist, Zendesk

Malcolm Koh is no customer experience rookie. With over x years experience spanning retail, airlines, hotels, banking, financial services, game changing startups and software, he has worked with some of the world’s most customer-centric brands.

Koh recently joined Zendesk Asia Pacific’s Go To Market team, responsible for helping existing customers scale their business and working with Enterprise customers to develop seamless, omni-channel solutions. As Customer Experience Strategist, he works with existing and potential clients and partners who share in his passion for optimising operations to drive bottom-line value while maximising superior customer experiences.

Prior to embarking on his next career adventure with Zendesk, Malcom was Head of Customer Experience at Grab Singapore, one of the brand’s largest and most important markets in its growing network.
